I had thought about placing an order online for a computer from a company in California. In the end I chose to come to Virtual Dimensions and work with Scott to build a really good gaming system. I am so happy I chose this route. I had a minor issue with the processor and all parts and labor were covered by the warranty. I am so happy I didn't have to mail my precious across the country and pay shipping both ways. He was very professional and informative in the decision making process in my build. I'll be back.

Service

I was completely satisfied with the service and with the teck who took the time to hear my problems and understand my needs. I brought my computer in early in the morning and it was ready for pick-up that same day. Repairs and clean up were made and the teck took the time to review his findings. Great service which I would recommend to anyone needing repairs or looking for advice. I will use them again in the future should I have a need. I would rate them 5 stars.

Quality Work and Great customer service

My computer kept closing itself down. The folks at Virtual Dimensions figured out what was wrong, called me to let me know, and replaced the part. When I went to pick up my computer, they took the time to explain what had happened and what they did to fix the problem. My husband and I have been going to Virtual Dimensions for many years. We are delighted their shop is so conveniently located to us. The folks in the shop have always been professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fair prices

I brought my 2 year old tablet in after it fell from counter height landing face down on the floor and would no longer light the screen. I really thought it was a hopeless case and couldn't be fixed. I was so pleased when they called and said it was repaired. The one thing I can say that would have made this a 5 star rating, would have been to get just a quick call within a few days of dropping it off to let me know the status and a maybe a rough estimate. I waited several days and called them to get a status and they said they ordered something and were waiting for it to come in. A few days later they called and said it was fixed. The cost of the repair seemed fair, and actually a little lower then I expected. All in all though, this company has always treated me fantastic and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Virtual Dimensions Is Tops in Our Area

I was very pleased with the technical skill, convenience and friendliness of the Virtual Dimensions team. They solved a tricky problem with my laptop, were able to source a hard-to-find replacement part and did the work for a reasonable cost. They are definitely the top IT repair operation in our area and I highly recommend them. If they had been more diligent and timely in returning phone calls, I would have given them the highest (5 star) rating. However they do seem to be working to improve on this aspect of service and I would anticipate better performance in the future.

Home assist.

I've been dealing with Virtual Dimensions for all my computer and trouble shooting needs for years. This is the second time Scott has come to my home to fix a big problem for me. "Big" to the extent that I could not even sign in. Knowing that I was wheel chair bound and dependent on my computer for shopping and banking Scott took time fix my computer problem at my house. Exceptional Service...with a smile

Decent place

A little bit more expensive but convenient. They have what you need if you forget something. I usually order computer parts online but forgot a couple items so I went down there and they had everything that I needed. I'd go there again.

Fast and good service

I dropped off my laptop at about 9:15 to have Windows 10 changed back to Windows 7. My wife and I went grocery shopping in Waterville. Fortunately, the job was finished just as we were done shopping and a cell call was placed to our cell phone saying it was done. That saved us from driving 45 minutes to home and then back to pick up the laptop at later time. We appreciated that call. Since getting home I have used the laptop and have found it working well as it did before I downloaded the dreadful Windows 10. Thanks

First rate service and they make you feel like a friend

I walked in with some serious issues with my computer and expected to be without it for three or four days, but received a call three or four hours after dropping it off saying it was all fixed. Also the price of the repairs that had to be performed was more than fair. First rate service at a fair price and a friendly atmosphere. I have had a number of occasions to do business with Virtual and the description above would apply to each and everyone of those occasions.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff

It was my first visit to this business (July 27, 2015) and I was a bit nervous because I did not know anything about them. IT Service

Our corporate offices are located in Portland. To far for me to request IT service from them. Virtual Dimensions provides me with the service I need quickly and at a reasonable rate. High quality service

I have taken my computer problems to Virtual Dimensions for years. When they moved from Waterville to Fairfield, I moved, too. I have bought laptops from them and have always been highly satisfied with their courtesy and professionalism and ability to fix whatever computer problem I have got myself into. I always recommend them to anyone who asks where to take their computers. My most recent experience happened yesterday. My work computer which I normally do not let the grandchildren use, was highly infected with malware, adware and viruses. On Sunday my daughter suggested Spy Hunter which she uses and has never had a problem with. I installed it and clicked on the activate button and OMG! My computer got very sick. I couldn't log on. All I got were lines of gibberish scrolling over and over on the screen. Of course, I hadn't backed up my files recently so was in danger of losing most of my recently edited manuscripts. Not a good feeling. I called Virtual Dimensions and told them I had an emergency and took my computer in about 9:00 and described my problem. (I think I begged them to please, please fix it.) At noon, I got the news that I'd been hoping for. My computer was fixed, the adware, malware and viruses had been deleted and my files were all intact. I'm SO HAPPY!!

At 85, having gone through the Trash 80 (Radioshach TRS-80), five or six different Macs, and etc., I have had to use several so-called experts. Virtual dimensions is the only computer store that's been around since I was a kid and has remained in the area through my adulthood. Quality workmanship

having trouble with computer ie excessive heat auto shutdown. took to virtual dimensions inc, told me it could be a couple of days before I might get it back. called an hour later to say it be 1 1/2 hours expense to fix. called 1 1/2 later said it was fixed. very reasonable cost. completely satisfied. very personable and courteous. highly recommended.

I am 22 years old now and every single time my computer gets fixed or my families computer they always! over exceed our expectations.
